The Catenian Association

The Catenian Association is a network of practising Catholic laymen who meet together as friends to enhance our family life, strengthen our faith and sustain us in difficult times. We meet monthly to pray together, support each other and enjoy each other's company with a meal. There are also opportunities to participate in regional and national events.

The Catenians is not an action group but a support network for those striving to live out their Christian vocation in their daily lives. However we are major sponsors of the National Office for Vocations and events such as Flame and Embrace. Each year, nationally, we award grants of over £100,000 to young Catholics who volunteer to help others on projects in about 50 countries and as helpers on diocesan and HCPT pilgrimages to Lourdes. Just recently we supported young parishioners for their project in Cambodia.

To find out more look at our website, www.thecatenians.com and contact Paul Rossi to arrange to come along to one of our meetings; you'll find a very warm welcome.
